Orders from Outside the Continental U.S.
We will gladly ship orders to foreign countries. The checkout page offers a drop-down menu that provides shipping choices for Europe, Australia and Canada. Please make the appropriate choice.
Shipping Methods
The website calculates for USPS shipping via US Priority Mail, 2-3-day service at the $7.15, $14.35 or the $19.85 flat rates.
Missing or Damaged Items
Sometimes errors occur or items are damaged in shipping. Please check your order carefully upon arrival. If something is missing or damaged, contact us within three days of delivery and we will correct the problem. Please type our email address in manually and DO NOT hit reply to your purchase receipt. For some unknown reason, "reply" emails do not reach us.
ReturnsSpecial-order items are NOT returnable. Please examine your order carefully and save your receipt. Our Father's House is not responsible for damaged or missing items unless they are reported within 3 days of delivery. Mother of Divine Grace Syllabi are NOT returnable. All other returned items must be in new condition and accompanied by a copy of the receipt within 15 days of purchase. A $5.00 restocking/processing fee applies to all returns. Our Father's House is not responsible for items returned in poor condition, without a receipt, or beyond the 15-day limit. Thank you for your cooperation.
