Daily Operations
Our Father's House is primarily an Internet business that operates out of the owner's home. Someone is usually here. If you are in the Seattle area and want to come by, please call for an appointment.
Orders from Outside the Continental U.S.
We will gladly ship orders to foreign countries. Please print your check-out page, add your billing and credit information, and fax it to Our Father's House: 206-725-7214. The website is NOT set up to accept orders from outside the U.S. (except Canada)
Shipping Methods
Our standard shipping method is via UPS Ground Service. Faster methods are available at additional cost: 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Saver, and Next Day Air. For orders weighing less than two pounds that also fit inside a Priority envelope, we will choose U.S. Post as the shipping method and adjust your charges accordingly.
ReturnsSpecial-order items are NOT returnable. Please examine your order carefully and save your receipt. Our Father's House is not responsible for damaged or missing items unless they are reported within 3 days of delivery. Mother of Divine Grace Syllabi are NOT returnable. All other returned items must be in new condition and accompanied by a copy of the receipt within 30 days of purchase. A $5.00 restocking/processing fee applies to all returns. Our Father's House is not responsible for items returned in poor condition, without a receipt, or beyond the 30 day limit. Thank you for your effort.
